Jana Thoemke was driven with passion to assist businesses thrive, and with her phenomenal ability to connect talent to need, she found KeyStaff.

2017

Partnership with DMA (Department of Military Affairs)

Winning the bid to support the Department of Military Affairs is an honor we’ve now achieved twice, in 2017 and again in 2024, a true testament to the trust placed in KeyStaff.

2020

Mobile Recruiting Office Launch

When staffing became more challenging, we got creative. Our fully equipped Mobile Recruiting Bus hit the road, immersing us in local communities and connecting directly with candidates.

2024

National Recognition: Best of Staffing®

KeyStaff wins ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Award, placing in the top 1% of agencies nationwide for Talent & Client satisfaction.

2025

Miami Dolphins Small Business Partner

KeyStaff joins forces with the Miami Dolphins and Eleven Sports Media as part of the Small Business Partnership Program, elevating our community presence and brand visibility.
